Creative campaign bringing a staid aesthetic to life

With a staid aesthetic the incentive was to uplift the tired candlesticks motif, and revitalise the brand while still allowing for content that can be quickly authored, published and made live. scoping road maps, creating detailed yet succinct reports, AB testing, IA restructuring, leading design sprints and workshops, qualitative & quantitative testing, building design systems, creating user journeys, prototypes, personas & data defined archetypes, running focus groups and one on ones, writing project appropriate user stories and testing synthesis.
