A website for senior and retired members of Tesco
The order of the day was to create a site that senior and senior retired members of Tesco could go to meet and collaborate on. Involved was scoping road maps, creating detailed yet succinct reports, AB testing, IA restructuring, leading design sprints and workshops, qualitative & quantitative testing, building design systems, creating user journeys, prototypes, personas & data defined archetypes, running focus groups and one on ones, writing project appropriate user stories and testing synthesis.

Akin to a niche Facebook for senior and retired staff
A decent means to set up an account and then link up to other members, akin to a niche Facebook for Tesco senior staff. With the audience being digitally savvy the order of the day was to create something dynamic, efficient and fun.
